His philosophy is simple:
An instructor should remain a student.
Training, competing, evaluating performance, and continuing to learn allow him to bring current concepts and practical experience back to his students.
The objective of 8210 Training Group is not to simply tell students what to do. It is to help students understand why techniques work, how to evaluate their own performance, and how to continue improving after the class is over.
