training POLICIES

SAFETY FIRST

Safety is the foundation of every 8210 Training Group course.

All students are expected to follow the four universal firearm safety rules at all times.

The Four Universal Firearm Safety Rules

1. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.

2. Never allow the muzzle to cover anything you are not willing to destroy.

3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target and you have made the decision to fire.

4. Be certain of your target and what is beyond it.

Unsafe conduct will be addressed immediately.

A student who repeatedly violates safety procedures or creates an unsafe environment may be removed from training without completing the course.

There is no shooting skill more important than safe firearm handling.
